  The worst place I have ever seen. Theft is rampant. Clients wait forever to get into their doctor or get an appointment with the dietician. Staff does not listen to Clients. Barbara O'Connor was the head of the facility; she was condescending to Clients and deliberately incited Clients - I would fire her immediately. Receptionist and office staff stole mail and mistreated Clients. My rating: Negative 5 (-5) Star on a scale of -5 to +5 (-5 being lowest; +5 being highest. In other words, I give CCC in Duarte the LOWEST rating possible in truly caring for Clients (Patients)..
